I am a citizen of India and the Artwork submitted is my original creation.
The information filled by me in this form is true and correct.
I am uploading a clear image of my work for judging with a minimum size of 2 MB.
I will pay the Application Fee for my entry of ₹ 2000 along with my submission.
Terms & Conditions
It is mandatory for the participants to fill up the correct information in the form along with their original work of art.
The entry shall be considered valid only after the entry fee of Rs.2000/- is deposited.
The entry shall be approved after verifying the information in the form.
PDAF has the sole right to confirm/reject the entries.
Entry fees will not be refunded if the artwork is not selected.
PDAF shall disqualify the entry at any stage of the contest if any discrepancy in information is observed.
PDAF shall be allowed to use the image of the artwork of the approved entries for promotional purposes.
Artists can make multiple entries in the same or different category. He/she shall have to treat each entry as separate and pay a fee for each entry.
For the exhibition, artists will be responsible for the logistics and expense of transportation of the artwork.
If the selected artwork is sold prior to the exhibition, the artist will be disqualified.
Participating artists will not be paid for their accommodation or travel.
It is mandatory for artists to be present during the inauguration ceremony and on the last day of the exhibition.
If you are unable to be present on the last day, you have to arrange for a representative with an Aadhaar ID for verification at the time of pickup.
Only those who agree with the above-mentioned rules & regulations are requested to participate.
